What is Letterbox Friendly™? packaging
Many of the products we sell are thin and could be packaged in a way that will fit a standard UK letterbox. Often manufacturers will choose to package their goods in a way that looks good on a shop shelf, but this retail packaging is not only unnecessary for mail-order items, it's bulk often increases the cost of posting and results in a parcel that won't fit through your letterbox.
We will remove the outer-packaging and re-pack your goods so you'll get them quickly and at the lowest possible cost.
Lower prices and less hassle
The postage cost saving helps us to keep our prices low, and the convenient packaging means you won't have to queue at a Royal Mail Sorting Office to collect your Ink Factory parcel if you are out when the postman calls.

If you order items that do not qualify or are not opted-in to our Letterbox Friendly™ service, the entire order will be sent in a manner that may not fit through your letterbox. If you wish to split the order, please place two separate orders.
