Overnight delivery very impressive. 2 for the price of 1 very welcome. Good value

I've had ink from this firm before and it goes a bit splodgy towards the end of life

Also I didn’t get the HP warning of low ink so it was instant "computer says no " (to printing) I guess there’s a limit to how much you can kid HP kit into accepting non native stuff

Anyway the fact I'm buying from this firm again must say something!

Rubbish!

Sold us four HP compatible black cartridges and none of them worked? Despite sending two emails to customer services requesting help we received no response whatsoever.
Further research reveals that HP firmware blocks the use of non HP cartridges which I’m sure Ink Factory will be aware of. Total rip off!
