The order took an age to arrive and then customer service were less than helpful. It was very unclear whether the cartridges sent (as opposed to those ordered) were suitable for my printer and emails from Customer Service were all about them and not their customer. My first bad experience with Ink Factory (which has always previously provided an excellent service)
