First order didn't arrive which meant I was unable to carry out printing some important documents.
Refund given for the lost order, "thank you very much" replacement order arrived within 1 week which means the Royal Mail can do it sometimes.. Post at the moment is terrible, we haven't had any letter post for 4 weeks, apparently shortage of staff... ..
