Epson Workforce WF-2630DWF Colour Printer

The Epson WorkForce WF-2630 Print/Scan/Copy/Fax Wi-Fi Printer is a low cost business A4 ink jet printer that first rolled off the production line in 2014. Compact and affordable 4-in-1 with Wi-Fi and features for home offices. Comes with a 5.6cm back-lit mono LCD screen for clear navigation.

The Epson WF-2630DWF is a 4-ink all-in-one printer for printing, copying and scanning. Using Epson’s four-colour DURABright Ultra inks, this model is ideal for everyday printing.

It has a printing resolution of 4,800 x 1,200 dpi using Epson DURABright Ultra inks. With individual ink cartridges you only have to replace the colour used, saving you money.

The WF-2630DWF is compatible with the Epson Claria T16 and T16XL Pen individual inks 4 individual ink system (BK, C, M, Y) and uses Epson's PrecisionCore print head technology.

18 Pages/min Colour (plain paper 75 gsm) 34 Pages/min Monochrome (plain paper 75 gsm) 20 Seconds per 10 x 15 cm photo (Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper), However, you will notice a decrease in these print speeds as you choose to print in “Draft” mode.

Paper Formats include: Letter, 10 x 15 cm, 13 x 18 cm, 16:9, User defined, Legal, DL (Envelope), No. 10 (Envelope), C6 (Envelope), B5, A6, A5, A4, A3, 9 x 13 cm, 13 x 20 cm, 20 x 25 cm, 100 x 148 mm.

It can handle plain paper from 64 gsm to 95 gsm and photo paper up to 300gsm. It is possible to exceed these recommended gsm guidelines by a few extra points but you run the risk of the internal paper rollers “marking” the paper, or the paper pick up mechanism failing to engage with the individual sheets leading to a paper jam.

A Note about Supplemental Ink Use

It is worth noting that every inkjet printer, regardless of the original manufacturer, will use a small amount of ink to clean the print heads during normal use. In the case of the Epson WF-2630DWF all-in-one printer this supplemental ink use is accounted for in the T16 and T16XL page yields listed above.
