First class service and a company follow up to check everything is ok

First class service and a company follow up to check everything is ok. You don’t get that very often so I give them full marks for that. Although I am yet to install them as I always keep a set on standby I am not able to rate their performance. On arrival the package had taken a bit of a bathing by the state of it, but opening it the cartridges seem to have survived ok.
