I had a problem my printer didn't appear to be accepting these cartridges

I had a problem my printer didn't appear to be accepting these cartridges & I was about to write these off when the Ink Factory sent an email follow up asking how was my order. I took the chance to let them know about my problem & they were so helpful I was truly surprised, they asked the printer type & after checking they got back to me with really useful information. I was advised how to clear the ink area & then let the printer run its own ink head cleaning thingy. The information was given in such a friendly non judgemental way & completely solved the problem. I am so grateful & cannot recommend this company highly enough, already told friends & family. So thanks again Ink Factory 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
