Replacements

The first I received contained 2 black ink cartridges that were not recognised by the printer even though the colour cartridges were recognised and worked. The black ones were faulty or put in the wrong package. This is the first time I’ve had such a problem and to be fair your sales employee was prepared to send out the replacements very quickly which I did appreciate even though trying to sort out the problem took up a lot of my time until I decided that the cartridges had to be faulty.
