Mostly very reliable

I have bought many packs of HP-compatible cartridges from InkFactory and they have almost always been excellent : reliable, cheap price and very fast delivery by post.
The penultimate batch of 4 black cartridges was the only one which had been duff, printing only 10-15 pages per cartridge before each one was empty but InkFactory immediately responded to my complaint by sending me another batch of 4 cartridges for free (as part of their guarantee) by next day's post ~ that is professional and was much appreciated.
So far the first of those new 4 replacement cartridges does what it should do.
I will continue to use and promote InkFactory for ink cartridges.
