RINGNOTE LUX Edition Discbound Notebook (A5) - Black

I was delighted to find discbound hardback notebooks are still around after Staples discontinued their excellent Arc range. I use discbounds for my bullet journalling as they are easy to maintain and swap pages around. This book has good strong covers, very similar to the Arc - you can easily use this book on your lap. The discs are quite small but larger ones are available elsewhere, and the Arc punch works perfectly (as does William Hannah and Atoma papers, although the Atoma are too wide at A5+ and need a little trim)
The paper in the book is surprisingly good, and behaved well with average fountain pen use - Lamy M/F/1.1 stubs and inks from Diamine, KWZ, Sailor and R&K. No bleed or ghosting. A very wet nib might feather. The paper is fairly absorbent so shows little sheen or shading but dry times are very good. The lines are quite dark, at 7mm spacing. A dot grid option would be excellent!
All in all very good and I will probably buy another A5 to use for work as these are getting so hard to find.

Really good quality, very good proce pint. This will withstand ht eday to day knocks for 2022.

Its so practical, I love it.

Its such a good price for a leather bound diary.

I usually use a regular A4 textbook for keeping notes buy this makes so much more sense!
