- Returns policy
- If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us you can return it within 28 days of the original purchase date. If the item is faulty you will be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund at the price originally paid for the product; for items purchased in error, if the product is in pristine condition and fit for resale then we will authorise a return. For non-faulty items you are responsible for the postage costs to return your items. IN ALL CASES you must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before sending any items back. Your items must arrive within 28 days of the original purchase date to qualify. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting which is a free service offered by your local Post Office when returning items to us.
- Printer cartridges contain a microchip that records the number of pages printed and the volume of spent ink. Returned items that are found to have been used, sabotaged, or products not exhibiting the described fault will not be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund. If you are experiencing a problem with print quality, please refer to your printer manual and follow the instructions for its cleaning procedures before contacting us.
- If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving us as much information as possible.
- We may take up to fourteen days to issue an exchange, credit or refund; the fourteen days will start from the day the items are received by our warehouse. We reserve the right in any case to issue a refund by cheque.
- Please do not return items to us using the plastic recycling envelope that may have been included in your parcel, items sent to our recycling centre address will be processed for recycling and as such will not be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund.

pricing monitored to ensure that we are competitive. This is why you may notice
price fluctuations on our web site from time to time. Market forces also govern
our pricing and we reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price
shown in your shopping basket is the price that you will pay for the items
when you order; the cost of your order will not change after you have placed
it.
- All items on our site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you
will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds Sterling (£)
is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon
the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

We will send your receipt together with your order. Please keep your order

- Delivery of goods
- During the checkout process you can choose how
you would like your items to be delivered. Free delivery, which is available
on selected items when you spend £10 or more, means your order will be
sent by first class post with Royal Mail. Alternative delivery services include
parcel courier delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery; these are particularly
applicable to customers living outside of the United Kingdom or for those ordering
items that do not qualify for free delivery.
- Delivery is free for selected items shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom
when you spend over £10. For items shipped to other countries we make
an extra charge. The delivery (or shipping) charge will be based on the weight
and value of the items you order and will be automatically calculated during
the checkout process. You will be able to review any delivery charge before
you place your order.
- Over 90% of our products offered on Inkfactory.com are in stock and available
for immediate dispatch. Orders received before 3pm will almost certainly
be dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability).
- If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your order promptly
you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this, if you have not provided
a valid email address with your order we will not be able to advise you if
there is a delay.
- We can send your order in multiple shipments if part of your order
is out of stock, we call this a "part dispatch".
- If you have received an e-mail informing you that items have been dispatched,
you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your items
within seven working days you should contact us.
