| Returns Policy |
You can return any product for any reason within 45 days of the original purchase date for an exchange, credit or refund at the price originally paid for the product. For non-faulty items you are responsible for the postage costs to return your items. You must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before sending any items back. Your items must arrive within 45 days of the original purchase date to qualify for an exchange, credit or refund. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting which is a free service offered by your local Post Office when returning items to us.
If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving us as much information as possible.
We may take up to seven days to issue a refund; in the case of returned items the seven days will start from the day the items are received by our warehouse. We reserve the right in any case to issue a refund by cheque.
Please do not return items to us using the plastic recycling envelope that may have been included in your parcel, items sent to our recycling centre address will be processed for recycling and as such will not be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

| Pricing |
Our prices are regularly checked and our competitors' pricing monitored to ensure that we are competitive. This is why you may notice price fluctuations on our web site from time to time. Market forces also govern our pricing and we reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price shown in your shopping basket is the price that you will pay for the items when you order; the cost of your order will not change after you have placed it.
All items on our site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.
When you have placed your order with us, you will receive an order number. We will send your receipt together with your order. Please keep your order number and receipt safe for future reference.

Goods sent to private individuals within the EU will attract VAT at the current
UK rate.
Goods sent to companies within the EU can be zero rated if a VAT registration
number is supplied. We advise you to order by telephone, e-mail or fax if this
applies to you.

| Delivery of goods |
During the checkout process you can choose how you would like your items to be delivered. Free delivery, which is available on selected items, means your order will be sent by first class post with Royal Mail. Alternative delivery services include parcel courier delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery; these are particularly applicable to customers living outside of the United Kingdom or for those ordering items that do not qualify for free delivery.
Delivery is free for selected items shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom. For items shipped to other countries we make an extra charge. The delivery (or shipping) charge will be based on the weight and value of the items you order and will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. You will be able to review any delivery charge before you place your order.
Over 90% of our products offered on Inkfactory.com are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Orders received before 3pm will almost certainly be dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability).
If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this, if you have not provided a valid email address with your order we will not be able to advise you if there is a delay.
We will not take payment from your account until your order is ready to be dispatched, this means that you do not pay for goods we do not have in stock. We can send your order in multiple shipments if part of your order is out of stock, we call this a "part dispatch".
If you have received an e-mail informing you that items have been dispatched, you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your items within seven working days you should contact us.

At Inkfactory.com we utilise the latest in Secure Server Technology to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards. We never make your personal details available to anyone else for marketing purposes, although our representatives may hold your data so that your details and/or your order can be processed and/or account maintained.
When you place an order we need to collect information from you to enable us to process your order quickly and efficiently. When you type in your details they will be encrypted and sent to us using a secure server (SSL). You will see a padlock or key icon appear in the corner of your web browser window to indicate a secure SSL encrypted connection has been made.
We need to know your name, address and payment details so that we can process your order. We need your telephone number and e-mail address to enable us to contact you should there be any problem with your order.
We do not send unsolicited commercial email (UCE/Spam) to personal email addresses and all marketing email correspondence will include instructions for opting out or unsubscribing.
Customer information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984. We are registered under the Data Protection act Registration No Z7091170.
