1.5" Digital Photo Frame trouble-shooting Question The following error appears when I try to load the photo viewer program and the software will not open: "Photo viewer device was not found. Please reconnect. Retry?" Answer The frame needs correctly connecting before opening the software: 1. Click 'no' to close the dialogue box. 2. Disconnect the frame and reconnect it. 3. Now on the frame, select USB update/download using the left or right arrow. Press the menu button to enter. 4. Once USB update is selected, open the software. Question My frame will not turn on even when I connect it to the USB cable. Answer Use a paperclip or similar object to press the reset button on the back of the frame. You will not lose any images on the frame.
