I ordered Epsom Office Stylus BX320FW “bundle” of cartridges. On receipt the black cartridges did not fit my printer. (Although my printer was the right model it seemed it was slightly different?) Customer services were extremely helpful. They emailed a Freepost returns label and I returned the black cartridges and received replacements (16) within a few days.
